The goal is to inform others of this secret Australian state (bullies) sponsored harassment (mainly the torture pains) for the past 3+ years.

The “Five Eyes” contains a group of international governments in an alliance to link surveillance and suspect the use of Directed Energy Weapon (DEW) Radio Frequency (RF) human torture tools across the globe. These DEW tools are used on the general public to manipulate, not just on the targeted victims. This includes the possibly unconstitutional collection of data on their own citizens.

What would YOU do if it happened to  YOUR  family or friends, and they were subjected to this deniable unsolicited victim DEW RF torture pains that can’t be stopped?

The advanced secret torture signal technology penetrates shielding and surpasses the limitations of traditional line-of-sight methods, enabling the victim to be targeted ANYWHERE with diverse, hourly torture pains.

Are targeted individuals guilty first and subjected to constant 24/7 punishment torture pains until proven innocent, appears so?

Why not go through the normal public legal justice system if there is an issue? Why the constant secret torture pains, stalking, & entrapment attempts? Suspect the constant entrapment is used to provoke a reaction in front of cameras so the public legal system has justification. Why outsource the dirty work, so that the public authorities have clean hands and deniable?  

The victim has tried to talk to local lawyers and their only focus is about the victim, not about the bully aggressors.

Why not use a "watch" the victims policy, instead of intentional active torture pains, stalking, & harass. The authorities (bullies) already know where the victim is 24/7 and know their DEW biometric body unique ID; based on teeth, bones, & soft tissue uniqueness.

Australia’s Torture Harassment

Overall when considering that a few odd things happen, they can be explained.  However, the collective sudden constant (hourly) different odd things (i.e. torture pains, stalking, & subterfuge harassment) makes this torturing very coincidentally suspicious, but still deniable.

Examples of the worst kinds of torture pains include: genital penis skin burn pain (3x times & minutes prior to sexy time), restrict human movements (i.e. swollen lower legs), virtual confinement by limiting human consciousness outside any normal sleep cycle (i.e. DEW drowsy sedation signal), numb appendages, nightly sleep deprivation pains, skin pains, muscle pains (strong pain causes victim to collapse), internal organs pains (kidney, heart, & lungs), stomach control (gas & bowl urges) pains, and head pains (brain, ear & eyes).

What will happen to personal freewill and privacy with the DEW abilities to torture & manipulate ANYONE ANYWHERE?

Suspect it is a secret authority state sponsored system, since the DEW RF torture has national coverage EVERYWHERE in Australia (e.g. torture pains inside a remote rock canyon with no phone signal) and stalking by state employed personnel.

Questionable Motives

Morality & humanity is gone, due to excuses & justifications for NOT publically exposing the human DEW no-touch torture pains. The Australian authorities can secretly get away with torturing humans, as long as the DEW cannot be proven and is deniable.

How can this secret torture system have a positive outcome, if there is no public transparent governing and accountability?

Why is it acceptable to secretly test weapons on human citizens in the democratic Australia?

Moving forward, what can a victim do to stop the DEW torture pains from a deniable system that the perpetrators have setup? Considering the authorities are behind this illegal torture pain, stalking & subterfuge harassment.

Does anyone know how to detect & track the source of the undetectable DEW RF signals? How can a victim show the authorities that their system is targeting & torturing a human? The victim has been unable to use conventional TRANSVERSE RF wave detectors to detect these pain signals that target the victim ANYWHERE.

The authority’s main goal is human confinement to restrict, track, & coerce in order to not leave home, while instigating entrapment, slow death by torture stress, & self harm.

Harassment Framework

If designing an ideal DEW system, the major requirements would be the DEW torture signal must manipulate the target object ANYWHERE irrespective of RF shielding and be publically deniable.

What are the authorities spending all those resources on developing new tech, if they already have conventional weapons? Consider the military secret technology and resources are way ahead of the public academic research technology.

The DEW system must EXIST, since they must have a stalker safety system like the DEW RF torture pains to protect them & disable the victim if the victim reacts to harassment. Otherwise, why do they typically send single disadvantaged alone to stalk & the many physical intercepts on the victim, e.g. young female physically TRIP the victim’s feet (3x times) with no one close nearby and in front of mall cameras for entrapment.

There appears to be no international authority’s online publicity that the DEWs are used on human targets. Thereby, it is assumed the authorities will deny theses torture pains. They advertise DEW is used for non-human targets and for defence (not attack).

Why is there NO discussion or examples of these deniable DEW human tortures in the international human rights organisations? Suspect they do not investigate & present this DEW human torture pains or even Targeted Individual harassment, since it is deniable and hard to prove.

Targeted Individual (TI) Observations

Most of the Targeted Individual (TI) stuff online appears to be fake (vague AI generated comments), misinformation to imply TIs are religious zealots or mentally unwell. Also, beware of vague comments with no details (probably written by AI).

Why so long (3+ years) in torturing, stalking, & subterfuge harassing the TI by the authorities (bullies)? It appears their main goal is to gather biometric data 24/7 on the TI lab rats. The bully’s constant harassment slowly pressures the human to kill themselves and to self-harm. Why they are so slow, is it due to liking their emotional thrill to hurt a human, they do it for money, or are they really incompetent?

Before the TI activities, there were no sudden unexplained pains for +50 years while being physically fit, especially not on an hourly basis. The physical ailments only started after the TI stalking started (just a coincidence). The TI health issues are collectively ABNORMALLY DIVERSE, i.e. location & ailment type.  In addition, for the past +50 years have been healthy physically, mentally, and NO sleeping disorders (been tested). The TI health aliments are typically sequential one at a time, appear & disappear fast, and typically last only for a short duration.

The TI harassment affects all parts of normal life, i.e. family, work, sleeping, eating, relaxing, etc. TIs can be considered paranoid (religious zealots or mentally unwell). However, this TI has physical recordings with daily harassment journal, torture physical injury images, and stalking videos.

Started looking within the past +1 years to find somewhere online to share the TI information and experiences. This is when the TI started too discovered about the TI online material which confirmed the TI condition is present.

Definition of insanity, is the bully’s 24/7 repeating the same antagonising antisocial harassment and then expecting different results.             Plus, this whole TI thing seems so weird, or maybe considered relatable to fiction based content like; the Matrix movie or Twilight Zone show or 1984 book, and it provokes a lot of "down the rabbit hole" questions. Keep in mind the Nazis tortured & experimented on humans.
