Subterfuge Details

• The international gang stalking system (bullies) are stalking and subterfuge harassing the TIs in Australia. The bullies always know where the TI is by using remote DEW RF tracking, based on the hourly torture pains targeting the TI’s body.

• The subterfuge harassment includes entrapment, leaving calling cards, interfering with equipment, intimidation, & TI conditioning. Bullies use this too remotely reminds the TI and provokes a TI reaction.

• The stalking & entrapment uses DEW torture pains to provoke & assist in increasing the harassment impact on the TI. 

• The distance and impending harassing is subterfuge harassment. This involves: third-party business harassing, TI conditioning for future harassing,  entrapment to provoke a reaction for the public system,  calling cards for distance harassing, modify TI’s environment, & TI’s device damage.

• Why the bullies do the stalking, maybe for entrapment, recording TI’s reactions, and replay by conditioning.

• Why stalker management hires the disadvantaged stalker type that is looking for easy money?

• Why do they use single young females and young teenagers to stalk and provoke the TI?

• What is the goal to repeat the same stalking harassment?

• Why did the stalkers change from  stalking with doubles stalkers to single stalker over time?

• How does the stalker know what the TI is doing indoors?  The remote DEW RF signals allow the bullies to know what the TI is aware through the TI’s eyes & ears.

  
  

Stalker Types

• There appears to be both the non-paid and paid stalkers.

• The "non-paid" innocent persons: uninformed, unaware, & remotely controlled locals (even use kids). 

• The "paid" trained or patriotic stalkers: they physically intercept with the TI (i.e. physically touch by blocking, trip the TI’s feet 3x, dress or act odd to get noticed, place themselves behind family, etc.). Typically, they are the intercepting stalkers looking rough and seen many years. They are the stalkers trying to get noticed and sometimes speak.

Entrapment

• Entrapment subterfuge harassment activities incite the TI to react to the bully’s harassment in public areas (i.e. parks or shops). So the legal system is justified. The entrapment harassment involves: DEW torture pains disadvantaged stalkers acting odd, aggressive stalkers, & cameras to capture TI’s reaction.

• The DEW torture pains & stalking provokes the TI to react negatively like the bullies in front of cameras. It also incites the TI to move towards an entrapment location with waiting stalkers for harassment.

• Repeatedly the odd stalkers are actively acting odd, to provoke an entrapped recordable negative reaction. The odd stalkers can be disadvantaged (kids & teenagers) and ethnic. The negative reaction can be acting like the bullies.

• These odd interception actions like tripping by a young female stalker, then loiters near the TI to lure the TI to react while in front of cameras.

• Entrapment provokes & conditions the TI to perform an action, which many stalkers do the same actions. The actions include: horn honking or yelling in front of an ambulance, turning night lights on in the day time, etc.

• Entrapment by provoking the TI to follow the paid stalkers by repeatedly does something odd to show you where they live or work.

• Other subterfuge harassment: devices misbehaving, files deleted, screen moves by itself, auto disconnecting devices, phone auto starts playing music, camera auto stops recording harassment & video files corrupted, etc.  

• Provoke a negative reaction to very strong constant DEW torture pains while in a public store in front of many cameras.

• The bullies instigate the TI to present the TI's condition to the public health system by using strong constant DEW torture pains.

• There was stalking at the post office in a new town while travelling. There were 2x stalkers blocking the TI in front of cameras.

• Physical intercepting harassment & entrapment anywhere a camera is located (typically in malls or near shops. This involves walking from the back & side while tripping the TI from behind.  Then quickly say sorry, even though the person had clear view with no other person nearby. Then they walk in a parallel path so they can get a reaction and show that the TI changed direction to interact with the stalker after the tripping. The bullies have done this 3x times and are trying to get a physical reaction to get the TI prohibited from the mall.

• Young couples acting odd in a public area and are located in front of the TI in a choke-point while walking. The male partner quickly walks away while within view (10m), as the young female exposes and acts odd. This entrapment has occurred 3x times. Suspect they want a confrontation with the TI and jealous female’s partner.

• The bullies typically use single females, also the young, old, & other disadvantaged acting odd in public spaces & suggestions to record the oddness. The bait they use is typically attractive young females to act odd and has reduced clothes. The bullies use this for verbally harassing the TI about looking at the girls.

• Kids have been controlled to be antisocial, these unknown & known kids. The TI has been hit on the body many times in public. Gestured FU with middle finger or said vulgar things.  These kids usually do this when people are around, so the bullies can get a negative reaction witnessed or recorded. Plus, they get to harass knowing they can get away with it.

• Teenager’s bad behaviour swears, and hit at the TI. Used for entrapment and get TI’s reaction.

• Young female harassment includes: presenting minimal clothing, acting loud, odd, & repeatedly presenting themselves even when avoided.

  
  

 TI Conditioning

• The TI conditioning is repeatedly exposing the TI to be aware of bully’s traits and items. TI's awareness conditioning of their environment is propagated by visually repeatedly being exposed to stalkers doing repeatable odd actions & items overtime.

• If a person is aware of their environment and keeps seeing & hearing the same thing, eventually anyone will identify similar patterns.  TI's are not hyper-sensitive, this awareness of repeatable actions can happen to anyone.

• These TI conditioning includes: stalkers doing U-turns,, walking towards on wrong side, walking across in front & stop, dropping things, locals are repeatedly keen gardener for most parked locations, high visibility & red colour clothes, exercising with lots of arm waving, leaving garbage on the ground as calling cards, backpacks, dog walkers, smoke vapours, noisy gardening equipment, walk in middle or across roads, pacing & repeatedly hit intersections pedestrian button, riding with noticeable outfits, hoodies in hot summer 35 degrees, & public toilet lids down in a busy toilet.

Calling Cards

• The bully calling cards allow the bullies to intimidate, stalk, & harass the TI by harassing from a distance to let the TI  know they know where the TI goes regulatory and where the TI is.

• Typical bully calling card is to leave litter garbage around where the TI frequents certain routes and temporary relocate the mobile home overnight. 

• Other calling cards are items that the TI has been conditioned to or move items in the TI’s home, i.e. scooter blocking access or shopping trolley placed in a weird location.

Business Harassments

• Third-party business staff worker harassments are coerced into aiding in harassing & stalking.

• Example, at 3am a BP servo played audio really loud at the fuel pumps and had a suggestion to go there. Asked if they could turn down the loud music and the clerk would not turn it down. Next day went to same BP servo and at same time no audio at all. When the same worker recognised the TI he then hid in another room.

• Example, at 9pm with not many people around a mall's toilet played loud music and had a suggestion to go there.

• Example, store stops stocking favourite regular bought items.

• Example, tow truck driver asking when the TI is to leave go overseas.

• Example, pizza clerk, kept getting the order wrong 4x and they said they been working there for a long time.

• Example, hotel had service man check TV reception even though it is using the internet connection.

• Example, a supermarket played a loud rare song the TI likes. Not in the store for long and there was already stalkers present. Never did this store play music before.

• Example, a raw steak was dripping blood when order medium well done at a frequented restaurant.

• Example, single stalker comes in ordering exactly same order within minutes and loud enough to be heard with only one other customer. Restaurant was about to close and had no other customers and never been there before.

• Example, staff writes wrong number on their takeaway order receipt, so our order never came up for us to collect it.

• Example, stalker's eyes look only at the TI's mouth while the TI is talking to the stalker.

• Example, courier parcel deliveries not delivered. Suddenly parcels were misdirected and not delivered when ordering parts for brain stimulating & EEG brain monitoring products (EEG + conductive gel + oscilloscope + brain wave coil wire). Australia fast horse express courier (with no customer phone number) not deliver to address that has been us ok in past, then sends an email say they are sending them back to sender and to contact sender, but had a local courier say he had some of the parcels. Contact international seller / sender, they say call courier auspost instead of another express courier.

• Example, storage rental unit had calling cards, same 2x other customers were regularly present even though the TI hardly visited, and blocking by other customers and loud customers make very loud sounds moving stuff. Suggested to cancel the contract after the roll-over date, resulted in paying for something could not use.

Home Harassments

• The bullies physically enter the TI’s home to move, take items, & leave calling cards. The bullies enter the home while the TI is away or in a coma at night.  This harassing is meant to instil anxiety by intimidating, no privacy by always know where the TI is, paranoia, & agoraphobia.

• Items being used before bed time are moved during the night.  The fan plug was unplugged and moved  in the morning. The fan plug is white and noticeable and is plugged into a sring holder so it would never fall out. Another fan was running in the morning and it is always turned off. The fan is noisy and is near the bed so the noise would be noticed before going to sleep.

• Bullies stole $50 dollars from the TI for harassment.

• Moved the massager gun attachment was brand new and used to relieve targeted torture pains.

• They moved the fly swatter to other side of home.

• Place a shopping receipt or small fresh flowers on the doorway inside the home.

• Buttons on devices are pressed.

Devices Harassments

• Vehicle and bike harassment includes: damage & tampering.

• Eye glasses frames were bent open wider 2x times to cause them to constantly fall off the TI face.

• Shorts and pants (5x) waste diameter were expanded by 2x sizes larger. This happened within 2 days while wearing a new short, without taking them off even to bed (summers are warm at night in Australia).

• Liquid is removed from both a water tank and a vehicle diesel tank (only $30 but left the rest).

Phone & PC harassments

• The phone has no SIM card in an old 3G phone. Is being remotely controlled, i.e. music song selected and pause playing.

• The phone screen stopped displaying anything for only 4 days, then started working again ever since.                           

• Phone stalker harassing videos deleted, i.e. 3x consecutive times a garbage truck followed the TI into a dead-end park at different times of the day and do nothing.

• Phone started playing a TI song when passing by stalkers.

• Fake stranger phone calling harassing, this usually occurs when other harassment activity is occurring.

• GPS auto changes path route without notify and points in wrong direction.

• GPS signal stops working when in a new area, even though the location in the vehicle has worked fine before & has not changed.

• Phone and PC settings are changed, i.e. phone live caption turned on 2x times in a sub – sub - sub phone menu setting so watching videos the app setting is not it for displaying captions.

• Ipad & laptop PC randomly have the screen contents moves up & down by itself.

• Camera SD card remote control to stop video recording, delete files and corrupting the file system.  The deleting of files has occurred when physically being stalked. This occurs for these brands: sandisk, samsung, & emtech.

• Damaged & disabled the TI‘s secondary computers that are not used very often.

• PC hard drive had deleted backup files.

• Laptop randomly shut off only with the battery inserted, which never happened before. 

• While copying files the speeds vary, mouse pauses randomly for only 2 days,

• Renew the old unused Facebook account for past 8 years watch tab videos have TI directed harassment content like the typical stalker clothing type (hi-vis tops).

Bike Harassments

• Bike harassment includes both the bike damage and stalker riders’ odd aggressive behaviour.

• Stalkers 2x times in public damage the bike rack by bend the bike rack holding the bike to the vehicle.

• Follow really close behind the bike.

• Swerve onto the wrong side of trail head-on.

• Swerve to cut in front close when no need to after passing by.

• They sprayed silicone lubricant onto the front brake disk.

• Silicone lubricant on crank peddle arm bolt so arm keeps loosening.

• Brake electric cable cover cracked, so water will damage electronics on E-bike.

 Vehicle Harassments

• The wheel bearing damage suddenly occurred only  1 week after buying a used van. Assume they wanted to install a tacker. During the first week the van was not left alone for long (maximum 2 hours), so it is assumed while at the mechanics they installed the tracker. The mechanic was eager at the booked appointment to leave the facilities.

• Vehicle harassment includes damage to the vehicles and stalkers odd aggressive behaviour.

• Remove fuel from fuel tank,

• They turned on vehicle’s dashboard buttons.

• Vehicle's gear shifter knob unscrewed,

• Oil filter loose by mechanic when vehicle was serviced,

• Flat battery 4x times by remotely switching on lights started happening recently.

• Delayed control start engine intermittently,

• Entrapment with the head light's connectors pulled slightly out & angled down, so the high beams are the only lights that worked.

• Wheel tyre flats, and cause sudden tyre blowout while driving,

• Vehicle: the TI personally has seen the bullies purposely crash vehicles in 3x different vehicle crashes, loose engine oil filter and tyre punctures (3x times).

• Front brakes suddenly start pulling to one side and mechanic could not find fault,

• Cause temporary coolant leak by expanding coolant in hose to stop ability to drive and move around. Vehicles parked on road side before towns in odd places just at the end of a straight stretch

  
  

Subterfuge Examples

• Example, entrapment while entering a mall they controlled the TI's daughter to have a pee urge and the nearest toilet was near mall entrance cameras. While waiting for her, they had an attractive female keep walking back and forth 5x in Woolworth. Then a male stalker came up to the TI while asking if the TI is an Australian 2x times. After not answering, he said are you perving at women and walked away into Woolworth.  So how did the stalker know the TI was looking at the direction of the female, considering that the female was not viewable from where the stalker came from and the stalker was facing the TI the whole time while harassing the TI? Assume the goal is only entrapment and harassment.

• Example, entrapment by provoking a negative reaction to very strong constant DEW torture pains while in a public store in front of many cameras and the TI;s13 year old  daughter. The TI is restrained by using the TI's 13 year old child's supervision. The TI was restrained to supervise the child while waiting for a pharmacy prescription. This was intended to keep the TI located near the store's counter cameras.  There were STRONG continuous remote DEW torture pains targeting the anus only in the store. The child kept directing the TI to be in front of the cameras while waiting in line. When the TI moved in front of the cameras then the pain was increased to very STRONG. At the same time there was agitation emotion and suggestions to react hitting something. The female clerk was very eager to come out to say the service takes about 15 minute waiting time. Typically they do not inflict STRONG DEW pains while with the child.  The wife organised this to happen while alone supervising the child.

• Example, harassment & entrapment stalker blocking at a post office while travelling through a new town. There were 2x stalkers blocking the TI in front of cameras within minutes of entering a Post Office (PO). In real-time the suggestions control where, what, how, & when to do things, this makes the stalkers job easier. There are many examples where it is impossible to explain how they can predict where and be already setup to stalk. Example of this is I passed through a new town never been there before without stopping. While after driving out of the town, then I had a suggestion to see more of the town. Then I drove back into the town. Then I went down a commercial dead-end road and noticed a Post Office. I had another suggestion to go into the Post Office. A local pickup truck stopped quickly and went into the PO. At the same time I noticed as I walked in the PO that an Asian male (in a rural small town) was walking on other side of the road. The PO had separate isle for COVID. While inside the PO, i waited for first male from the pickup truck in line at the counter, then he walked out the in isle pushing past with no words. I finished my stuff then was blocked by the Asian standing in the out isle. I had to say excuse me for me to get past. The whole time there was no other customers. By the time i start to drive away the Asian walker was on other side of the road, he must have exited the PO shortly after I did without being served at the counter. He walked half the town length, and then hung out under tree. Then only after saying out loud in a vehicle "this looks like entrapment" and started moving to leave the town. Within seconds he quickly started walking again, considering rest of the time he was walking very slowly while he was pulling leaves from trees and was looking at his phone. Then i left the town, while highly suspecting it was an entrapment. How did they know i would go to this store on a dead end road not visible by town’s main road for a town I was only passing by and considering I did not NEED to go into the PO?

• Example, entrapment bullies stole $30 dollars of diesel fuel and instigate stalkers to talk to the TI. Suggestion to look at fuel to notice the fuel was missing and suggested stop driving. Stalkers were there waiting to help within 3 minutes, since they were concerned about the welfare of the TI. Police were there within 15 minutes, amazing how fast when they want to be.

• Example, stalker move things or open new sealed unopened packages by entering the TI's home. Place wrong type of screw driver bits overnight near work that is still being done, was not there when going to bed. Turn on devices and light left on. Money went missing. Massager brand new replacement has an attachment missing within 3 days after acquiring it and was still in its box.

• Example, entrapment when a stalker actively wanting attention at night by switching car head lights on to provoke the TI as the TI approaches. Stopped to record the stalker's plates, they placed the TI into a coma with the engine running.  This allowed the authorities to have an excuse to harass the TI. The bullies had 2x cop cars banging on the window, while a fire truck approaches with its siren going. Keep asking if the TI is okay and caring about the TI welfare.        

• Example, entrapment involved a suggestion to go walking to walk off the drowsy signal. Why after a day of long walks on the beach would there still be an urge to go walking?  After started walking the drowsy signal stopped. This is the indicator that they are planning to entrap, since they are very able to keep the drowsy signal while driving or walking. The next bully activity involved a stalker walking at 11pm on quiet road walking in front waving hands to indicate being a stalker. Other cars were parked in close proximity acting odd and the timing of their activities. There were plenty of suggestions to interact with the odd stalker. 

• Example, stalkers enter the TI home to leave a calling card on the front doorway. The TI noticed the drowsy coma signal at 6pm. While trying to avoid this strong drowsy coma signal, the TI positioned the TI's body upside down while leaning over edge of a low table. Then after wakeup from the coma there were 2x little yellow flowers on the floor inside the doorway. These flowers were not squashed from foot traffic. The TI had swept the doorway 5 hours earlier so nothing was on the doorway floor. The TI had not used the doorway since sweeping it and had not left the home all day.

• Example, at a camping site many times the bullies leave white paper on the ground overnight nearby and it was not there the night before.

• Example, SD files were deleted ONLY during the activity with the daughter and he recorded video files before and after remained.  The camera works just fine plenty other times.

• Example, the camera SD card stops recording and they delete all previous files.  They physically came in the vehicle while sitting in the front in a coma state by their DEW drowsy signal.  This happened the day after buying a new SD card for the video camera. Afterwards the camera started saving only the latest file when recording the bully’s activities. The numbering is incremented so the TI can view how many files were deleted.

• Example, entrapment with a car swerve followed close after by an ambulance as both vehicles passed the TI on a bike at night.

• Example, entrapment with a stalker parked in a traffic road’s maintenance truck, and the TI recorded video of the bully, then the next day an attractive female walked very slowly beside the same vehicle as the TI approached at a different time in the morning.

• Example, entrapment common activity had multiple stalkers in local park lands, and they would crowd the TI or block the TI (impede movement or cut in front of the TI with young females)

• Example, drugged one time to increase mind thoughts pondering & more talkative while remote trail hiking. The hike was early in the morning with no other hikers.  The breakfast was already prepared in a bowl and had stopped driving near hiking trails to find the TI's GPS location. Then a sudden coma occurred while in the driver's seat. Soon after wakeup went to a local hike trail and had the breakfast. Went for the hike in the forest and noticed feeling different during the hike. The differences were very talkative aloud (not normal) and excessive & ease of mind pondering was very easy (not require much less concentration than normally). The mind effects have never been felt before or afterwards. Suspect the bullies placed the TI into a coma to drug the TI during a mind relaxing exercise. Why else would the coma occur before the hike?

• Example, the wife said she needed to clean the massager that the TI started carrying around with them. When returned a couple days later the massager was cleaned very well and had a clear tracking particle coating.  Even though she knew the TI used it regularly to reduce the torture brain pains.
