Stalking Details

• The international gang stalking system (bullies) are stalking and subterfuge harassing the TIs in Australia. The bullies always know where the TI is by using remote DEW RF tracking, based on the hourly torture pains targeting the TI’s body.

• The stalking harassment of the TI human is subjected to stalkers actions and subterfuge harassment. The harassment involves the ODD psychopathic authority managers instructing ODD stalkers to do ODD things. 

• The stalkers perform negative interactions in an hourly passive-aggressive anti-social legal behaviour that involves random strangers, neighbours, family, co-workers, and Australian authorities. The odd harassment activities include stalkers loitering to present themselves, perform odd activities to get noticed, intercept the TI in an aggressive anti-social, hostile, intimidating actions, and then run away.

• The stalking & entrapment uses DEW torture pains to provoke & assist in increasing the harassment impact on the TI. 

• Stalkers have a minimum of 1 stalking per day, even if you hide, then they will send a stalker to your place to get noticed by the TI.

  
  

• Why the bullies do the stalking, maybe for entrapment, recording TI’s reactions, and replay by conditioning.

• Why stalker management hires the disadvantaged stalker type that is looking for easy money?

• Why do they use single young females and young teenagers to stalk and provoke the TI?

• What is the goal to repeat the same stalking harassment?

• Why did the stalkers change from  stalking with doubles stalkers to single stalker over time?

• How does the stalker know what the TI is doing indoors?  The remote DEW RF signals allow the bullies to know what the TI is aware through the TI’s eyes & ears.

Stalker Types

• There appears to be both the non-paid and paid stalkers.

• The "non-paid" innocent persons: uninformed, unaware, & remotely controlled locals (even use kids). 

• The "paid" trained or patriotic stalkers: they physically intercept with the TI (i.e. physically touch by blocking, trip the TI’s feet 3x, dress or act odd to get noticed, place themselves behind family, etc.). Typically, they are the intercepting stalkers looking rough and seen many years. They are the stalkers trying to get noticed and sometimes speak.

Physical Touch Intercepts

• The physical intercepts against the TI by the stalker in-person face-to-face, must have local nearby spotters telling them when to do the block and to witness the TI reactions. The aggressor stalker will always quickly say “sorry.”

• Trip the TI’s feet 3x times by walking from an angle behind the TI to cause a physical confrontation. This always occurs with no one directly around to instigate a forced collision, while in front of security cameras only at the local mall. The stalkers always linger around waiting for a reaction towards them. Why only at the local mall, maybe they want the TI to be banished to make it harder to get supplies?

• Favourite harassment is blocking TI movement by stalkers walk in front from the side while loitering, then stop & face away or U-turn a perpendicular direction. Other blocking is parking cars to close in front on curb side parking. Another is dog walkers and with their leaches. Going through door they do a U-turn. Block sidewalk with shopping trollies and also used to force the TI route to be in front of a bus stop with single young female waiting or stalker steps out at night while bike riding past. Pull-out vehicles in front of the TI’s bike, typically hide behind something and not look at the TI.

• Common forced look & block is to walk on the wrong side directly to squeeze between the TI and the wall in a choke-point (bridge or hallway).

• Walk directly into the TI.

  Walk in front from side-on in same direction, then U-turn into TI. 

  Walk across in front when there is no obvious reason.

  Walk towards & cut across to same side to squeeze beside TI and a barrier (i.e. wall or handrail).

• Dog attacks on a leash that multiple times lunge and bark to intimidate, appear uncontrolled, and behaving aggressive. They did it with the TI’s 8 year old daughter.

• Smoke cigarettes or vapours suddenly appear beside the TI. They condition the TI by also use them to ID themselves as stalkers and especially in vehicles with rolled down windows.

• Stalker quietly says FU to the TI when alone with no witnesses.

  
  

Vehicles Harassment

• The non-emergency vehicles used are: unmarked, out of state, roads maintenance vehicles, buses, towing truck, cabs, and major businesses old vehicles.

• Hourly stalking in the TI’s mobile home involves: morning stalker regularly placed on the first T-intersection so the TI is forced to look at the stalker, loud talkbys, walkbys, noisebys (noisy exhaust), honkby, & drivebys (including many drivebys in a burst in a short time).

• Drive-by honking & yelling on the opposite side of the road and sometimes with an Emergency vehicle following. Sometimes they use high beam head lights. They are far away to not be able to view the license plate.

• Noise harassing includes: vehicle engine running, revving loudly, & burn-outs nearby, usually large noisy diesel engines (i.e. garbage trucks) or noisy exhausts. Sometimes while driving they are revving the engine so the loud exhaust makes a bang sound. Witnessed a driver leaves the vehicle for more than 15 minutes with the engine running. When the TI goes to start engine to drive away, before the TI is able to drive the stalkers suddenly drive away, this occurs a lot.

• Vehicles acting odd on regular bases includes: parked cars with lights on or flashing hazards, U-turns in front & near the TI, or parked car quickly leaves when approaching the TI’s destination (i.e. at 2am).

• Curb-side parallel parking Vehicle blocking on the street really close so it is difficult to drive away and has happened about 10x. One time they blocked both ends and were just able to drive out with many point turns.

• A following vehicle stopped at the traffic lights beside the TI, then the driver starts yelling to get attention at the traffic lights. Then driver turns at lights. Actively following stalkers pass quickly then do U-turns or pull over in front of the TI.

• Driveby or walkby stalking harassment occurs within 15 minutes after relocating to a new temporary place. Stalker does drivebys on most nights after parking the mobile home late at night. Assume their motive is to have the day's end final harassment reminder. This is after driving to a new location. Even if the TI does many moves in the same night and into the early hours (3am).

• Stalker asks TI for help with the stalker’s vehicle fake breakdown.

• Stalker driver blocking in the turning lane waiting for street lights to change and while green did not move and only when yellow they did a U-turn. Result is the TI has to wait for the next set of lights.

• Traffic intersection lights have longer duration based on if emergency vehicles are present and waiting to be noticed, i.e. no siren or lights and not requiring passing through the intersection.

  
  

Stalker Harassment

• Stalker aggressive antisocial actions include: swearing, yelling, hit signs, swing arm up high to smack something high (i.e. tree branch, top of door frame), arm swinging exercise, dropping things, hit bike handle while yelling, arm swinging exercise, dropping things, block walking when loitering then side step in front while facing away, etc.

• Stalkers place themselves behind the TI's daughter and act odd, while eating out together in public.

• Stalkers stranger place themselves to sit in front of the TI and have a long look back towards the TI while out watching a public seated event (e.g. school, theatre, etc.).

• Stalking strangers are really eager to talk to the TI. Stranger’s favourite harassment is to keep talking to the TI by saying “are you ok”, “do you need help”, & forced any greeting “hi”. They do this to force passive harassment interactions.  Stalkers speak to point out that something is happening, wrong, and changed to the TI’s actions & stuff. Strangers ask curious questions about something you have, what are doing, or personally about you. They typically say a passing comment, but do not stick around to hear a response. The stalkers normally do not speak anything to the TI. Usually the talkative ones are the paid stalkers.  When parking in a rural location, typically get a local coerced into harassing usually on the first night and they speak the usual “are you ok”.

• The neighbours (non-paid) come outside when the TI does, common one is they have the eager need to go to the garbage cans, just about every time leaving home. Then there is the eagerness to talk, but not before the TI started.

• Work stalking & harassment: is to keep (hourly) making comments, forced greetings, walking past to stop & stand behind, and following around. Even though, it is obvious that the worker does not like the TI. The boss intentionally provoking the TI  in meetings to get a negative reaction while all the other workers look at the table & think this is OK, assist with bullies to distract the TI , others have done things to the TI  stuff (itchy powder), personal questions & comments, loitering behind the TI  for no reason, look only at the TI  mouth while talking to a co-worker, minor observation keen to engage and force a response to say morning or afternoon even though they clearly do not like the TI .

• Family harassment: the stalkers provoke the TI  when the TI  daughter is with the TI  and not so much when the wife is present, every time the TI  go out with the TI  daughter they are always there trying to be noticed, especially go out for food then there is always a person noticeably determined to position themselves behind the daughter and if not then they wait at the exit to make eye contact or car, or at a playground there will be a family there within 15 min and they do not like if the TI daughter plays with their kids, the TI  daughter says things related to them. They have turned the wife into an active harasser that directly assists setup for the external harassers. She is happy to intentionally to agitate the TI in front of the child and Gaslighting (questioning a person’s reality) the TI. Her actions are related and in- synch at the same time when the bullies are harassing.

• Shine a handheld bright flood light through home front windows at about 2am after a forced wakeup. It only happened in a gated complex and only one time.

• They will look into the TI’s personal space in the home windows.

• Eating out in public harassment involve: ordering food errors: wrong items, & wrong number to delay order. If they can’t get within in view to be noticed, then they will wait at the exit or car.

• Public mall toilet lids (15x times recently) are repeatedly down while a stalker leaves the cubical in a very busy mall and all other cubicles are taken. How do they already know ahead of time where the TI is going to be in different malls? Do they remote control the TI’s bowl urges and mind manipulation?

• Singing stalkers while leaving the private holiday complex pool the 6x stalkers start to sing together as a group sing "na-na goodbye".

• Locals are repeatedly keen gardeners typically mowing lawns or any anything with loud machines within normal work hours after parking near the local. They are still keen to do this in the middle of day in Australia hot summers and they prolong the activity by taking breaks. Only locals near the TI's vehicle in the whole street are suddenly keen gardeners. This happens a lot, just about every time parking new location in the mobile home. Even on a normal weekday.

  
  

Street Theatre

• The street theatre pre-planned performance exhibitions with agro anti-social behaviour used for entrapment or recording TI’s reactions.  Basic theatre are punching signs, swearing, stretching exercises, and yelling.

• Couple male & female in the morning only start walking in to the park to start having argument while the TI walked past.

• Disabled person in a wheelchair was waiting hours for the TI to cross the road in a public area. Just so they could cross towards the TI while dropping something in the middle of the road. But at the last moment the TI went a different direction. They still did the street theatre act even though the TI was about 60 m away. The disabled wheelchair bound dropping something is to force the TI to help them.

• Entrapment during morning walks record odd stalkers for the TI’s safety in a public area. A couple was acting odd to position themselves in front of the TI to have a pretend to wait for the TI to walk closer. Then the female drives past yelling about recording even though the recorder cannot be seen by 40m away while driving in the misty drizzle. Then the male starts getting in my face and yelling to publically shame the TI. There was more following and drive-bys. NO physical outcome just intimidation & harassment. Their goal was entrapment and tries to stop the TI record future harassment.

• Female was loitering and fake talking on the phone very loudly animated interactions for about 45 minutes in a public park. Location was where the TI would regularly go for lunch at different times.

• Stalkers in public spaces holding hands and they are always different types. They involve different genders, ages, & cultures. Seen a lot more only over a few months but not much

• before or afterwards. Never see typical normal stereotypes holding hands, female & male about the same age. Assume it is used for testing the TI to get biometric harassing response data.

  
  

Doctors

• The professional ethical moral doctors that are supposed to do NO harm, but are actively helped with enabling DEW torture pains. The doctors were actively assisting the bullies when getting excited about giving the TI an IV at every chance.

• Example, the TI had only scrapes on the TI's legs after a crash. Then the ambulance worker was very eager wanting to give the TI an IV. But, the hospital did not care about the scrapes.

• Example, when nurses 2x different times (1 year apart) were insistent to put in an IV for a fake infection in the leg that cleared without any medications in 2 days after not allow an IV.

• The GP doctor used to instigate tests to get injection at hospital & very interested & insistent in a heart test even though there are no symptoms or changes to warrant it and when pressed she has no reason except for regular time related check. The doctor is also not concerned in the legs swollen and leg skin scaling. Not able to explain why loose nerve sensation in different appendage areas of the body or strong swelling of the legs. The swelling and nerve ailments suddenly stopped after 13 months with no medical intervention and have not returned for 12 months. The coerced doctor is trying to provide a medical reason (swollen legs + fake heart problems) for not being able to drive and stop moving the TI's motor home around.

Dentist

• Dentist actively enables DEW torture by tagging the TI for tracking. The tooth filling was unique event after being aware of stalkers at the start of being a TI.  The TI's wife organised it and the current dentist had a sudden broken arm that was unable to do the appointment. There was no other person else in the dentist waiting room, never had a dentist waiting room with no other customers. When entering the room they were eager that the TI's bag was placed on the counter near the door (not the usual floor). The dentist basically removed the centre of the tooth to make the filling as big as possible when it was only a surface cavity. The filling was mostly removed and for +2 years has not been any pain.

Emergency Vehicles

• The typical excuse to call the authorities emergency vehicles are done by always use other concerned people (i.e. other stalkers) worried and concerned about the TI welfare to phone it in.

• Australia authority’s emergency vehicles (i.e. ambulance, fire, & police) are used to harass the TI with sirens & flashing lights for intimidation drive-bys, stalking, & entrapment.

• Would this mean that the Ambulance staff is told when to activate the siren & lights while near a TI? Ambulance staff said the siren & lights are ONLY manually controlled with a switch in Australia. The authority staff worker would not lie, would they?

• Overall the TI sees an emergency vehicle just about every trip. The odds are not high for seeing them that often, especially only at the start & end of nearly all trips.

• The ambulance follows behind vehicles that have stalkers yelling at the TI in the dark. This has happened 3x times, just a coincidence.

• Ambulances are seen towards the start and end of a regular trip at different times of the day. They typically have their flashing lights on and if the TI is not looking then the siren are on. Have videos of this.

• Hear sirens while hiding from ambulances that are regularly seen while crossing a main intersection (4x lanes both directions) on the daily repeating route on a bike. The TI stopped a few blocks before the main intersection for about 15 minutes. During this time the sirens were heard only on the days while stopping before the intersection. How is it statistically possible to keep seeing ambulances at the same intersection at different times? It occurred most days.

• At the end of the day while out in public leaving the local mall and caring for the child, then they have an ambulance drive by with lights & siren. This happens a lot considering the random times the TI walks out of the mall exit to head home.

  
  

Stalker Examples

• Example, setting up a stalking ambush was witnessed by the TI.  The TI saw when a stalker stopped walking and did nothing but waited to stalk the TI. The TI could see this but the stalker did not look at the TI and was loitering at a hiking trail exit. The single male stalker stopped before and waited at the other hiking trail end. There were two trail ends that leave the car park with sharp bends and bushes around both trail ends. So a hiker cannot see if a person is loitering before the other trail end. This allows the stalker to appear quickly from the bushes from the other trail without being seen at the end of a hike.  The stalker just stopped before the trail end bend and stood there constantly looking ahead not doing anything (the TI .e. not looking at phone). He kept just facing towards direction of trail exit, just before the trail end bend. While the TI was about 150m away, the TI stood still watching all of this occur. Within about 40 to 60 seconds the stalker suddenly continued without looking at anything. Keep in mind that the bullies noticed that the TI had stopped & was watching the stalker. Then the single male stalker was waiting inside a SUV and not driving away until being seen by the TI about another 15 minutes later. Most single people do not linger after a hike and just sitting in the front seat. Previously on another earlier (day before) hike a stalker did the same thing when entering the same trail entrance.

• Example, damage to a motorhome by painting the windows while parked on a public rural road was witnessed by the TI. The goal was initial harassment, later on it switches to entrapment with a lured reaction towards the perpetrator. The police did nothing about the harassment, even though the TI told them where the perpetrator lived. The TI was threatened & harassed by a perpetrator painting its windows while the TI was inside it.  The motor-home was parked on the road side in a rural spot on a country road near a street light. The TI has never stopped near this location before. There were only 2 houses within 200m & no traffic for the first time at about 8pm night.  Then after 30 minutes and starting to cook dinner a man appeared outside the motorhome say there is going to be trouble. The TI watched the perpetrator walk up the road into the driveway of the closest house. About 20 minutes later there was banging on the motorhome as the perpetrator was painting the windows on the road side. Jumped out and saw the perpetrator run into the field connected to the house. Phoned police for help and the call kept disconnecting. Eventually after 2 hours slow response.  The police said official not able to help since not able to ID the perpetrator face in the dark of night. Police not do anything, even though the perpetrator lives in the known house. The paint was mostly washed off but there was internal paint damage as the windows were open. How did the bullies set this harassment up to control the TI to pull over exactly where they had a perpetrator waiting?

• Example, bullies stole $50 dollars from the TI's helmet which was sticky tapped to the helmet. The money was stolen during the night before riding to buy something at a store to repair the vehicle that was not driveable. The night before the TI had suggestion to pay for the item with the helmet $50. Then that night the TI was placed in a coma away from the bike helmet. When arrived at the store the sticky tape was on the helmet but no $50 single note was under the tape. Why else would the coma occur?

• Example, the bullies instigate the TI to present the TI's condition to the public health system by using strong constant DEW torture pains. Initially the bullies have tried with the GP & wide by pressuring to do a stress test. This time there was strong continuous remote DEW torture pains while driving near a hospital The TI had a suggestion to go into the hospital to see if the pains can ease. The torture pains did not decrease at all while moving all around the hospital. The TI would have to explain there are targeted torture pains for the first time to the health system. This would give them an opportunity to record this imaginary condition with no proof. Assume after not finding any medical cause, they would suspect it to be nerve or mental related. Plus record the test information & personal pain statements for future entrapment. While leaving the hospital there were stalkers that appeared acting odd. Suspect that the bullies wanted the TI to provide paranoid evidence to the health system.

• Example, stalker ask if placing a bid at exact time when placing a bid on a new vehicle while inspecting the vehicle and the TI was inside the vehicle .The stalker yelled the question from a distance and the stalker could not see the TI. The stalker moved on and was not interested in the vehicle. There was nobody else looking at the vehicles in the auction house site.

• Example, a stalker had a fake vehicle breakdown wanting the TI to help.  Ask to use the TI’s phone, since the stalker’s phone is flat. They have sat in their vehicle and have not asked anyone else for hours.  Only when the TI is leaving did they ask, even though others have passed by. There was a public phone around the corner.

• Example, out walking in a new place, then 4 different humans came up to the TI  within 5 minutes after crossing the road and standing still after the first stranger stopped to talk to the TI  to say, “are you OK”. The stalking cars pulled up near to the TI very quickly.

• Example, out walking in a quiet park and had 5 different dog walkers come from different directions to walk past the TI  at the same time (all together within 2 minutes) at a place where they harass the TI  regularly, while the TI  was standing still trying to face away from them with an umbrella.

• Example, stalkers keep asking if the TI is okay while stopped on a bike for a rest. Also happens when parked on a rural road and they coerce the farmer to come by to help.

• Example, rural locals keep shining their flash lights at night 9pm through the curtain is partially see through. The stalkers kept knocking on the mobile home and asking typical stalker lines "if everything is OK" for about 15 minutes. 

• Example, police aggressively harass the TI when stopped at the end of the inactive bus stop. The weak excuse is public worried about looking down at the phone while parked with no engine running.

•  Example, the bullies forced the TI into a coma on a bus in middle of the day. Woke up without realising the glasses were missing. They wanted the TI would test & buy new glasses with improved vision.

• Example, point out if the TI has changed something on their vehicle. Stalker say the bike bag is loose day after adjusting it, but nothing was wrong at all. Two different stalkers say grounding strap is hanging from the vehicle.

• Example, female stalker yells to park better when slightly parked on yellow line.

• Example, 5x times the ambulance follows a car that contains persons yelling at the TI,

• Example, sirens occur even when hiding from emergency vehicles on daily route viewed at same intersection regularly.

• Example, the TI's wife kept pointing out young females in bikinis.

• Example, after having a nice dinner eating out with the wife and daughter, then asked the TI's wife to spot the TI while backing up and the wife kept standing where the TI could not see her and a sudden agitated emotion occurred.

• Example, the wife is happy to intentionally provoke anger in front of our child, gaslight, or her harassing actions occur at the same time as the bullies are harassing.

• Example, the wife said its nothing to not worry when the TI heard a humming noise in bedroom wall. Next day the noise was gone.

• Example, the ex-wife did not mention the child support payments are now required to go through the child support agency. Only indicator was suddenly over $2000 withdraw from saving while with no source of income.
